Cancellation Policy

I understand life can throw curveballs and derail scheduled plans. Should a student need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, each student must notify the teacher (Patrick MacLennan) with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the class marked as a late cancellation / no show, and the student is responsible for payment of the missed lesson.

Communication

I operate on a 9 AM - 9 PM EST schedule. Students are welcome to contact me outside of the schedule above. Note, however, that I will respond only within this scheduled time period. Conversely, any messages made by me will only be sent to students during this time, out of respect of the students’ schedule and free time.

Privacy Statement

Practice tracks, rehearsal videos, and paperwork will be shared between myself and the student via email or Google Drive. All material will be sent in the strictest of confidence, and all practice tracks are to be kept exclusively between student and teacher.
